Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene liners intact
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
We do not refund:
Original shipping fees
Taxes or duties
Return shipping costs
Any taxes or duties incurred when returning an item
Route Shipping Insurance is non-refundable, even if a product is returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
For items valued over SGD 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
